Product Full-time

Senior IT Product Manager

You'll own the vision and roadmap for one of our flagship consumer AI apps — from zero-to-one feature design through to iterative optimisation at scale. You'll work side by side with engineering, design, data, and growth to ship products users love.

The role

About this position

This is a remote position. You'll have full ownership of a product — not just a feature set. That means setting the strategy, building the roadmap, and being accountable for the numbers. We move fast and measure everything; this role is for someone who is energised by that environment, not overwhelmed by it.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for your assigned app — define the strategy, sequence initiatives by impact, and keep the team aligned on what we're building and why.
  • Write clear, actionable product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories; shepherd them through design, engineering, QA, and launch.
  • Set, track, and own key product metrics (activation, retention, revenue, NPS) — you're the first person who notices when a number moves.
  • Run a continuous discovery cadence: user interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions that feed directly into the backlog.
  • Lead cross-functional sprint reviews and retrospectives, removing blockers and keeping delivery on schedule.
  • Partner with growth and marketing to design in-product acquisition, referral, and onboarding flows that compound over time.
  • Manage the A/B testing pipeline — hypothesise, instrument, analyse, and roll out experiments that move the needle on your core KPIs.
  • Represent the product in leadership reviews, presenting results, risks, and upcoming bets with confidence and clarity.
What you bring

Requirements & Skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing mobile or web app, with clear evidence of driving measurable growth outcomes.
  • Technical fluency — you understand system architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs well enough to have productive conversations with engineers.
  • Strong command of product analytics: Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent tools; you can construct and interpret funnel analyses, cohort retention, and A/B test results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; you write specs engineers want to build from and can persuade stakeholders across levels.
  • Experience running structured discovery — user interviews, usability testing, survey design — and translating qualitative insight into clear product decisions.
  • Ruthless prioritisation instincts: you evaluate opportunity size, technical cost, and strategic fit simultaneously, and say no without drama.
Strong plus
  • Prior experience in AI, generative media, photo/video apps, or subscription consumer software.
  • Familiarity with App Store and Google Play optimisation (ASO, review management) and subscription monetisation mechanics.
